Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Boinzo collects, why, and the rights you have over it. Boinzo is the data controller. We aim to collect only what we need to run a fair rewards platform and pay you correctly.

1. Data we collect

Account data — email, name, country, and login credentials. Activity data — offers you start and complete, balances, and reward history. Payout data — the wallet address or payment details you provide. Device and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and how you interact with the app. Partner data — confirmations (“postbacks”) our offer partners send us when you complete an offer.

2. How and why we use it

We use your data to operate your account and credit rewards; to process payouts and verify identity where required; to prevent fraud and abuse (including multi-accounting and bot detection); to provide support; and to improve the service. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent (where asked), our legitimate interest in a fair and secure platform, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Sharing your data

We share limited data with: offer partners (a non-identifying tracking id so completions can be attributed to you); payment and cryptocurrency providers (to send your payout); identity-verification providers where required; and infrastructure providers who host and secure the service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

5. Retention

We keep account and activity data while your account is open. Financial records — such as the reward ledger and payout history — are retained as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes even after account closure. When you delete your account we anonymise personal identifiers while preserving these immutable financial records.

6. Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@boinzo.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Security and transfers

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege data access to protect your data. Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

Boinzo is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. For any privacy question, contact privacy@boinzo.com.
