Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your country to use Boinzo. Each person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login secure. You must give us correct information for payouts and identity checks. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You earn by completing offers — games, surveys, and tasks — provided by third-party partners. Completions are confirmed by those partners; rewards first appear as pending and become available once the partner confirms them, which can take up to 30 days. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards that a partner reverses, that appear fraudulent, or that breach these terms.

Promotional credit, including any welcome bonus, is granted at our discretion and may be held as a locked balance until stated conditions are met (for example, a minimum amount of confirmed cashouts from non-bonus earnings). Bonuses have no cash value until unlocked and may be removed if a promotion is abused.

You may request a payout once your available balance reaches the published minimum. Cryptocurrency payouts are currently sent manually after a review and are irreversible once sent — you are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network. Additional payout methods will be added over time. We may require identity or source-of-activity verification before releasing a payout, and we do not guarantee a specific payout time.

To keep rewards fair you must not: create multiple accounts; use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, or automation to complete offers; falsify device, location, or identity information; exploit bugs; or otherwise attempt to obtain rewards you did not genuinely earn. Breaching these rules may result in forfeiture of balances and closure of your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud. You may close your account at any time. Confirmed, legitimately-earned balances remain payable to you even after your account is closed, subject to verification.

The service is provided “as is”. Offer availability and payout values are set by partners and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boinzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount of your confirmed, unpaid balance.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
